The following classes are either in session around Oxford or available for your party, school class, church or organizational meeting.
Children's Drawing Class Meets Mondays at Holli's Sweet Tooth from 3:30-4:30. Students learn observational drawing in this class. A portfolio is developed. No reservation necessary. $20.00 session
Oil Painting for Adults Meets every Thursday from 10:30-1:30. Students alternate between paintings of their choice and instructional paintings. All technical aspects of oil painting are addressed. $40.00 session Call to register.
Tie Dying Catch us at the Main Squeeze some Saturdays for free tie-dying. Bring your clean white t-shirts and fabric for a fun, easy tie-dying session. Or arrange a tie-dying session for your birthday party, event or meeting. The Brilliant Easel will supply all dyes and one t-shirt and wall-hanging fabric for each participant. $15.00 per person
You CAN Draw!! Absolutely amaze yourself in this fun and life altering class! Instructor will guide students in shifting focus from the left brain hemisphere to the right hemisphere: where drawing resides. Every person will draw with amazing accuracy!! $15.00 per person
Painting for All Bring the Brilliant Easel to your party or event. Each person will complete 1-2 paintings in watercolor or acrylic on canvas. Participants will enjoy expressing themselves successfully in paint while learning the proper set-up and application of the chosen medium. $15.00 per person
Bead Weaving This is a fun project for groups ages 10 and up. Learn to weave bracelets and jewelry with beads. This technique is used in Native American and many African traditions. Create your own patterns and take this wonderful skill away with you. $16.00 per person
